中国铁路通信信号集团公司沈阳铁路信号工厂（简称“沈信”）始建于1937年，是中国最早从事铁路信号控制设备生产的厂家之一，是国资委直属中央驻沈企业，是集科研开发、生产制造为一体的铁路通信信号器材专业生产厂家。中国铁路第一台单元控制台、第一台安全型信号继电器、第一门铁路专用纵横式电话交换机都从这里诞生。
■ 沈信生产十一大系列产品：铁路车站和区间信号控制系统器材、铁路行车指挥系统器材、铁路列车控制系统器材、铁路信号继电器系列产品、铁路雷电防护系统器材、信号微机监测系统器材、通信监测系统器材、城市轨道交通控制系统器材、石化控制系统器材、轨道电路系统器材、机车电气控制系统器材。
■ 1997年工厂通过ISO9000质量体系认证，2002年完成2000版换版工作，并得到了国际互认可。2001年工厂技术中心被辽宁省评为省级企业技术中心， 2005年工厂有15个主导产品通过铁路运输安全设备生产企业认定，获得铁道部颁发的行政许可证书。
■ 拥有铁道部斥资打造的一流插装（THT）和表面贴装（SMT）电子装联生产线；设备达到国际、国内先进水准的模具生产线和钣金生产线，并配备了完善的老化筛选和检测设备。拥有多个占市场相当比重的主导产品：生产近50年占市场统治地位的铁路信号继电器、技术成熟的计算机联锁和微机监测、ZPW—2000A移频自动闭塞系统、具有广阔前景的JT—C2000系列主体化机车信号和能够满足高速铁路及客运专线使用的查询应答器系统。
■ 产品覆盖全国铁路系统及相关控制领域。大秦、哈大、京广、青藏等近百条铁路线，沈阳站、北京站等各大交通枢纽，大连、重庆、北京、广州等城市轻轨、地铁都有沈信提供的产品和服务。除此，还为煤炭、冶金、石化等行业开发生产配套设备。在国际市场上，为伊朗德黑兰地铁、越南铁路提供了产品。

Profile of Shenyang Railway Signal Factory
■ China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation Shenyang Railway Signal Factory (Hereinafter “SRSF”) was founded in 1937. It is one of the earliest manufacturers specialized in the manufacturing of railway signal control equipment in China. SRSF, directly affiliated to State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council of China is a central enterprise stationed in Shenyang. It is the professional railway signal and communication equipment manufacturer, which integrates the science research, development, and manufacturing as a whole. The first Unit Control Panel, the first Safety Type Signal Relay and the first Special Railway Cross-bar Telephone Exchange are all from here.
■ Eight series main products are available in SRSF. They are: Signaling Control System Equipment for Train Station and Section, Railway Traffic Control System Equipment, Railway Train Control System Equipment, Railway Signal Relay Series Products, Railway Lightning Protection System Equipment, Signaling Microcomputer Monitoring System Equipment, Communication Monitoring System Equipment, Urban Mass Transit Control System Equipment, Petrochemical Control System Equipment, Track Circuit System Equipment and Electric Control System Equipment for Locomotive.
■ SRSF was certified ISO 9001-1994 in 1997 and was certified ISO 9001-2000 in 2002. In 2001, the Technical Center in SRSF was assessed by Liaoning Province as Provincial Level Enterprise Technical Center. In 2005, fifteen leading products passed the railway transportation safety equipment manufacturing enterprise verification and the administrative licenses were issued by Ministry of Railways of China.

■ SRSF products cover the whole Chinese railway system and relative control field. SRSF has supplied the products and provided services for nearly a hundred railway lines such as Da-Qin line, Ha-Da line, Jing-Guang line and Qing-Zang line, each main traffic hub such as Shenyang Train Station and Beijing Train Station, and light rail and metro in Dalian, Chongqin, Beijing and Guangzhong. Besides, SRSF has also developed and manufactured adaptation equipment for coal, metallurgy and petrochemistry industry. In international market, SRSF supplies products for Tehran metro in Iran and Vietnamese railways.
